Newchurch is proud to offer a daytime Pre-K program that is devoted to teaching preschoolers the necessary fundamentals prior to beginning kindergarten. Our staff of teachers is committed to displaying God's love and leadership to your children in order to begin planting the seeds of learning and healthy Christian spirituality.

Learning Center Details

  • Classes run August - May
  • Ages 4 months to Pre-K
  • 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • 4 Months - 3 Years (Mondays and Thursdays only)
  • 2 - 5 Years (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

2022-2023 Tuition:

  • $120 / month for 1 (one) day a week
  • $215 / month for 2 (two) days a week
  • $255 / month for 3 (three) days a week

More Learning Center Info:

  • We are in session on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week for children 2.5 and older.
  • We are in session on Monday and Thursday each week for children 2.5 and younger.
  • Our hours are 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. We do not offer before or after care.
  • We are in session from late August to mid-May for our school year session. Tuition is paid at the first of each month from September to August.
  • We are in session for summer from early June to mid-July. Tuition is paid in one flat rate at the beginning of the summer.
  • Registration Fees are as follows:
    • $40 registation fee for the school year due at time of enrollment.
    • $40 supply fee due in Januarty
    • $40 registration fee due for the summer at time of enrollment.
  • We have a special class each day of the week:
    • Mondays are Art & Literacy
    • Tuesdays is Motor Skills
    • Thursdays is Music
    • Gym/Recess time every day
  • we have two music programs each year. One in December for Christmas and one in April/May for spring and Pre-k graduation.
  • Our teachers turn in monthly lesson plans. They will have a color, shape, letter, and number each week.  There will be a monthly verse. We use Zoo Phonics to teach letter recognition and letter sounds. We use WEE Curriculum (Weekday Early Education) to teach spiritual foundations.
  • We have a monthly fun activity! This includes things like Bike Day, Easter Egg Hut, pajama/movie day, and lots of other fun things!
  • We have Pizza Day twice a month. You can pay $2 and we provide lunch.
  • We have a Family Fun Night fundraiser on evening in the fall. 
  • We communicate through the Remind App, Facebook, and a weekly newsletter called Thursday Thoughts.
