Process Groups are small group sessions that function as a vehicle for working  through the 12 steps in a safe environment.

• Process Groups are for EVERYONE! Our groups have people who struggle with a wide variety of issues and unhealthy behaviors. Some of these include addiction, codependency, anger, sexual addiction, depression, anxiety, and much more.

• Process Groups are gender specific.

• Process Groups are closed groups; once the Process Groups are formed the same group of people will participate from beginning to end. This allows participants to form strong bonds for support and accountability in working through the 12 Steps.

• Process Groups meet weekly on a consistent day and time, at the same location, and take approximately 4-6 months to complete.

• Process Groups meet for 1.5 hours each session.

• Process Groups require both individual work and group sharing. Participants will work individually throughout the week out of the curriculum. This includes reading the lesson and answering the associated Process Group questions. Participants will then share their answers in the weekly group session.
