COVID-19 Update for Sunday, August 1st
In our ongoing desire to be open and transparent, we feel it is prudent to let you know that we have had multiple confirmed cases of the Covid-19 virus in our NEWCHURCH family, including staff. With that knowledge, we want to ask you to make wise choices for yourself and your family.
While the Bible tells us not to live in fear, it does tell us to walk wisely in this life and to be careful. With that in mind, we want to encourage you to take whatever precautions you feel led to take as we continue to gather on Sundays. We suggest that you choose to respect other’s desire to distance themselves as they see fit.
If you have any symptoms, or if you have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 10 days, please join us online. We all look forward to having this mess behind us. Until that time, we will continue to love God and love each other by making wise choices.
We love you…. pass it on! (The love, not the virus!)
Update on Newchurch and Masks
Beginning Sunday, May 30th attendees of all ages at Newchurch will no longer be asked to wear masks.
Please be respectful of the decisions made by others and we look forward to seeing you for worship!
